MatchLens Privacy Policy

MatchLens is made by PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD (HE483138), the data controller. We collect as little as possible. You can use MatchLens without an account, and then nothing about you leaves your iPhone.

1. Who we are

2. Without an account (the default)

• Your predictions, points, completed drills, training sessions and coach notes are stored only on your iPhone.

• The app downloads match data (fixtures, scores and events) from our server. These requests carry no account, name or advertising identifier. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time) for security, for a short period.

• Match summaries are written on your iPhone by Apple's on-device model (Apple Intelligence) when your device supports it. Nothing is sent to an AI service.

• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and we don't track you across apps or websites.

3. If you sign in with Apple (optional)

Signing in lets you sync across devices and use team workspaces. We then store, on servers in the EU (Frankfurt):

• an account identifier from Apple, and your name and email address if you choose to share them (you can use Apple's "Hide My Email" relay address);

• your synced predictions, points and coach notes;

• workspaces you create or join, their member list, and notes posted in them. Members of a workspace can see the notes posted there and the author's name.

We use this data only to provide these features (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Purchases

MatchLens Premium is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. The app checks with Apple whether your subscription is active.

5. Support requests

If you contact us through the MatchLens support page or by email, we use your name, email address, device details and message only to answer you, and keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Processors

• Supabase (EU region) hosts our server and database.

• Apple provides Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases.

• API-Football supplies match data to our server. It receives no data about you.

We don't sell or rent personal data.

7. Retention and deletion

• On-device data stays until you delete it: Points > Clear local data, or delete the app.

• Account data stays until you delete your account: Points > Account > Delete account. This removes your account, synced data and any workspaces you own immediately. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

• Short-lived security records (for example sign-in rate limits) are kept for up to 30 days.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. Most of this you can do in the app; for anything else, email operations@praesi.ai. You can also complain to the supervisory authority below.

9. Children

MatchLens is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes

We'll update this page and the date above when this policy changes, and tell you in the app about significant changes.

Το MatchLens είναι εφαρμογή iOS της PRAESI Technologies Ltd, υπεύθυνης επεξεργασίας. Μπορείτε να το χρησιμοποιείτε χωρίς λογαριασμό· τότε τίποτα για εσάς δεν φεύγει από το iPhone σας.

Στη συσκευή σας: οι προβλέψεις, οι πόντοι, οι ασκήσεις, οι προπονήσεις και οι σημειώσεις προπονητή μένουν στο iPhone σας. Οι περιλήψεις αγώνων γράφονται στη συσκευή από το μοντέλο της Apple, χωρίς αποστολή σε υπηρεσία AI.

Δεδομένα αγώνων: η εφαρμογή κατεβάζει προγράμματα, σκορ και γεγονότα από τον διακομιστή μας, χωρίς αναγνωριστικό λογαριασμού ή διαφήμισης. Δεν υπάρχουν analytics, διαφημίσεις ή παρακολούθηση.

Σύνδεση με Apple (προαιρετική): για συγχρονισμό και ομάδες αποθηκεύουμε, σε διακομιστές στην ΕΕ (Φρανκφούρτη), αναγνωριστικό Apple, όνομα και email αν επιλέξετε να τα δώσετε, τα συγχρονισμένα δεδομένα σας και τις σημειώσεις ομάδων.

Αγορές: το Premium πωλείται μέσω του App Store· δεν βλέπουμε ποτέ στοιχεία πληρωμής.

Διαγραφή: Πόντοι > Λογαριασμός > Διαγραφή λογαριασμού διαγράφει αμέσως τον λογαριασμό και τα δεδομένα σας.

Αιτήματα υποστήριξης: όνομα, email, στοιχεία συσκευής και μήνυμα χρησιμοποιούνται μόνο για να σας απαντήσουμε.
